Scouting in the Presbyterian Church

 Bethany Presbyterian Church realizes the importance of community involvement and in 2008, Cub Scout Pack #316 was chartered.

Boy Scouts of America was founded in 1910 based on three basic principles. Duty to God, Duty to Country and Service to Others. Bethany believes these principles are as important today as it was nearly 100 years ago.

Cub Scout Pack #316 meets every other Monday at 6:30p.m. Our focus is on, not only the growth of the scout, but on community service and a committment to the spiritual growth of each member through the Religious Emblems Program ( God and Country ) where the scout learns more about his relationship with Christ, his families christian relationship, his committment to his church and faith and the writings of Paul.

Cub Scout Pack #316 visits local sites to learn more about the history of our region and many of the businesses in our community.
